This is a general outline of the route that I hope to be taking, although I have already made a few modifications, particularly where roads are very busy ( Day 2, A39 Okehampton has been replaced with the A386/ A3072 for example).

Day 0- Wednesday 9th June 2010. Train from Sheffield to Penzance. 09.54- 17.09). Bike ride from Penzance to Lands End- Aprox 10 miles.

Day 1- Lands End to Liskeard via Fowey- 78 miles
